In order to get your website working, you must change your name servers. This is an easy and necessary step you must follow to get started. Once the name servers have been updated, there will be 24-48 hours of DNS propagation time during which your website and email may not be available. For more information on propagation, please see step 4 of this guide.

> Domain Purchased with B Sharp Hosting

If you purchased your domain with B Sharp Hosting at the time of signup, we will automatically make the name server (DNS) changes on your behalf. It may take up to 48 hours for your domain to become fully functional. If you would like to change your DNS entries, you will need to use our domain control panel.

> Domain Purchased Elsewhere

If your domain was purchased from a company other than B Sharp Hosting, such as GoDaddy or Namecheap, you will need to contact that registrar to update the domain's name servers to the name servers and IPs that were provided in the B Sharp Hosting welcome email you received shortly after purchasing your new account.
